The Skookum Power Project is a run of river Independent Power Project near Squamish, BC. The project consists of intake works, 6.4 km of penstock, two 14 MVA synchronous generators, a 13.8/138 kV transformer. The 138 kV transmission line was developed by CEC, including circuit location and alignment, requisition of Lidar data, permit acquisition, transmission line design in PLS-CADD, structure design/detailing, procurement, QA/QC, and site support.
