CEC was established in 2008 to provide project management and technical expertise to the clean and green power industry with a focus on biomass and run of river hydro power development.
Peter Zell, P. Eng. a principle of CEC, has managed several biomass power generation projects that are exporting power to the BC Hydro grid. The largest being a 60 MW plant. Peter is currently the project manager on the development of two biomass power generation facilities totalling approximately 82 MW of installed capacity. He is also the project manager for the development of numerous run of river projects with a total potential capacity of approximately 190 MW on 9 creeks.
